INCEIF University, 1 April 2026 – The Collaboration Partnership Agreement (CPA) exchanged in August 2025 between Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS) and ISRA Institute, INCEIF University reflects a shared commitment to advancing an inclusive and sustainable society where no one is left behind. By leveraging WBS’s extensive community outreach and programme implementation capabilities alongside ISRA Institute’s strengths in research and policy innovation, this strategic collaboration aims to position Selangor as a regional leader in the care economy. The partnership also seeks to support vulnerable communities, strengthen ecosystem-wide capabilities, and generate impactful research, policy frameworks and evidence-based solutions.
As a continuation of this collaboration, the programme titled “Innovating Care Systems: Academic-Government Partnership for Social Impact”, organised by ISRA Institute, INCEIF University, convened key stakeholders including Dr. Marjan Muhammad, Deputy President (Research), ISRA Institute; Associate Professor Dr. Maya Puspa Rahman, Deputy Dean of Co-curriculum and Accreditation, School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS); Puan Siti Faridah Abdul Samad, Chief Executive Officer of Wanita Berdaya Selangor; and Dr. Haniza Khalid, member of MEPS.
The programme featured the presentation of key research findings and analytical insights on the care economy, followed by a strategic engagement session between WBS and ISRA Institute. This session focused on aligning collaborative priorities and identifying actionable initiatives to further strengthen and advance care economy efforts in Selangor.
